Wash Guide

Please remember that we are not a mass production company & that every item is made to order, there may be some size/placement variations or the designs may vary slightly when on different garments. 

Please follow the wash instructions to ensure long lasting items: 

• Wash the garment inside out and at 30 degrees/on a cool wash

• Reshape your garments whilst wet and leave to dry flat

• DO NOT TUMBLE DRY - this will strip the adhesive

• Once dried, you may iron (inside out) to ensure the vinyl adhesive remains sealed 

• ONLY use non-bio washing detergent on metallic vinyl
• DO NOT use ANY stain remover/bleach e.g vanish on any metallic or glitter vinyls
• Please remember, we are only human - just like you! Sometimes mistakes happen, in the case of a mistake you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your goods, so please inspect them on receipt! 

Wash instructions are enclosed in every parcel we send out - we test all of our vinyls regularly & update our wash instructions with what we find works well, or not so well. Because of this, we will be quick to diagnose where or how any mishaps happened upon examination of your garment
